SMS / Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you call our business phone number and we are unable to answer, we may send you a single automated text message letting you know we saw your call and inviting you to reply. Calls & AI Assistant

Calls to phone numbers we operate may be answered by an automated AI assistant, and calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, scheduling, and recordkeeping. When this applies, the assistant discloses at the start of the call that you are speaking with an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded. We use this call information only to respond to you and run our services (for example, to book an appointment), we do not sell it, and we delete it on request or when no longer needed. If you would prefer not to be recorded, you may end the call or ask to be contacted another way.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (such as our telephony, AI-assistant, and messaging providers), and only to the extent needed to deliver our services, or when required by law. As stated above, mobile opt-in and SMS consent data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet legal or recordkeeping requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Your Choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
