This is the plain-English version of what you are agreeing to when you buy something from us. It is short on purpose. If anything here is unclear, ask before you pay and we will put the answer in writing.
"We" and "us" means Parallel Marketing Inc, trading as PMI Business Systems. "You" means the business buying the service.

After a minimum term ends, the plan continues month to month until you tell us to stop. Buying a website upfront instead of monthly has no minimum term at all; the optional $79/mo care plan that goes with it is month to month.
To cancel, email or text us before your next renewal date. We will not make you sit through a retention call.
If your line doesn't catch at least one call or message in the first 30 days that would otherwise have been missed, that month is refunded.
We show you the log so you can see for yourself what came in and what was answered. If it caught nothing worth catching, ask for the refund and you get it.
The Systems Audit is $97 and the findings are yours to keep whether you hire us or not. If you go ahead with any package, the $97 is credited to your first invoice. If the report is not delivered as described, you are refunded.
Your domain name, your website files and your business data are yours, not ours. If you leave, you keep them. We will transfer them to you or to whoever you name, on request.
That covers the domain registration, the website files, and the customer and enquiry data the system holds for you, in a normal exportable format. We do not hold your domain or your data hostage to keep you on a plan, and we do not charge a release fee to hand them over.
Two honest limits. First, a transfer request has to come from the person who owns the business or someone they authorise in writing, because handing a business's domain and customer list to the wrong person is not a mistake anyone can undo. Second, what transfers is your material: your domain, your content, your data, and the site built for you. The internal tooling, templates and automations we reuse across clients stay ours, and you keep using them while you are on a plan.
Ask for a transfer and we will confirm what is moving and get it done. If a plan is mid-term when you leave, the minimum term above still applies to what you owe, but that is a billing question and it never holds up the handover.
Monthly plans bill on the same date each month until cancelled. Usage above what your plan includes (extra call minutes, texts or messages) is billed at the rates shown on the Communications page, and we warn you at 75% and 90% before you get there. Prices can change with 30 days' notice; a change never applies mid-term to a plan you are already inside.
We can only build what we have access to. If we are waiting on your content, your logins or your approval, the work waits too, and the monthly billing carries on. We will tell you clearly when we are blocked on you rather than letting it drift.
Text messaging is governed by our SMS Terms. Calls answered by our AI assistant may be recorded and transcribed, and the assistant says so at the start of the call. How we handle all of it is in our Privacy Policy.
We do our work carefully, but we cannot promise a specific number of leads, sales or rankings, and nobody honest can. What we are responsible for is delivering the service you paid for. If we fail to, your remedy is a refund of what you paid us for the affected period. These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida.
