Parallel Marketing Inc. Audit · $97

We check before we pitch.

The Systems Audit is about where enquiries get dropped between the phone, the inbox and the calendar. Part of that check is public, so we can run it on any business without asking, which makes it the part we can show you. On August 27 we ran it on 62 businesses that had never heard of us.

62businesses checked in one pass, across seven industries
60had no llms.txt, a file assistants look for to understand what a business does
11had no structured data at all, so nothing on the site says what they sell or where
0had a site we could not reach, which is the part everyone worries about

What the audit covers.

The lead path

Every route an enquiry can take to reach you, and what happens to it when it does: the phone when nobody picks up, the website form, the inbox, the booking step, and whether anything follows up on its own. This is most of the report and it is the part the Operating System fixes.

The public record

What anyone, or anything, can read about your business without asking: the listing, the site, the structured data, the file assistants look for. We can run this half on any business without permission, which is why it is the half we can show you below.

Three of them

What we found, and what closes it.

Business names removed. The "after" column is the fix, not a claimed result. When we do this for a client we re-run the identical check and hand over the pass.

Law firm, Tampa

Checked August 27, 2026

Before

  • Google listing: 4.9 stars from 246 reviews. This part was working.
  • Site reachable, and 2 blocks of structured data on it.
  • No llms.txt. Of the two other firms in the same search, one had it. That is the site an assistant can quote from.

After the fix

One file, published on the firm's own site, naming the practice areas, the counties served and the hours. The listing and the schema were already fine, so that was the whole job. We re-run the check and that line passes.

Accounting firm, Jacksonville

Checked August 27, 2026

Before

  • Google listing: 5 stars from 29 reviews.
  • Zero structured data. Nothing on the site states the services, the area or the hours in a form a machine reads.
  • No llms.txt. Both competitors we checked in the same search had at least one of the two.

After the fix

Service, area and hours written into the site as structured data, plus the llms.txt. Two files and one template change. This is not an ads problem and it is not a rankings problem.

IT services company, Nashville

Checked August 27, 2026

Before

  • Google listing: 4.4 stars from 195 reviews, and a large, long-running website.
  • Zero structured data, on a site with hundreds of pages.
  • No llms.txt. One competitor had the file, another had the schema. Between them they covered the answer.

After the fix

Same two files. Size of the site does not change the work, which is exactly why it keeps getting skipped by people who assume a big website must already be doing this.

The client case study.

Not written yet, and we are not going to invent one.

PMI has one paying client on a live build. The honest version of a case study needs a named business, a before number, an after number, and their permission to print all three. We will have that, and when we do it goes here with the name on it.

Until then the audits above are the proof we actually have, which is why they are the thing we lead with.
