Every route an enquiry can take to reach you, and what happens to it when it does: the phone when nobody picks up, the website form, the inbox, the booking step, and whether anything follows up on its own. This is most of the report and it is the part the Operating System fixes.

What anyone, or anything, can read about your business without asking: the listing, the site, the structured data, the file assistants look for. We can run this half on any business without permission, which is why it is the half we can show you below.

- Site reachable, and 2 blocks of structured data on it.

llms.txt. Of the two other firms in the same search, one had it. That is the site an assistant can quote from.
After the fix
One file, published on the firm's own site, naming the practice areas, the counties served and the hours. The listing and the schema were already fine, so that was the whole job. We re-run the check and that line passes.
