Where orders and events slip
- The phone rings in the middle of the lunch rush. It's a catering question, nobody can step away, and the caller tries the next place.
- A catering request arrives by Instagram DM or a contact form with half the details: no date, no headcount, no budget.
- A quote goes out and nobody checks back. The event goes to whoever replied a second time.
- Your Google profile shows last season's hours, an old menu, or no link to order direct.
- Regulars who love the food are never asked for a review, so the reviews people read are old.
What changes when PMI runs it
- Calls get answered in your restaurant's name when the line is busy or the kitchen is slammed: hours, location, your order link and the answers you approve. Catering and large-order calls get their details taken and texted to you.
- Catering gets its own front door: a page with a form that asks for the date, headcount, address and budget, and alerts your phone the moment it arrives. It is one of the 1 to 3 pages Starter includes.
- Your Google profile stays current, reviews get requested after orders and events, and customers who prefer to message can use WhatsApp or text.
- Every catering inquiry gets followed up until it books or says no, so a quote never just goes quiet.
We don't build ordering systems or take payments. You keep Toast, Square, ChowNow or whichever ordering provider you use, and we link to it.
